Daytime tour of the Observatory |
| | The Mount Megantic Observatory, located at the top of the mountain since 1978, is accessible every day of the summer as part of our guided tours.
You will be accompanied by an enthusiastic guide who will help you discover the bestperforming telescope (1.6 metres) in Canada and explain its operation as well as the work and research accomplished by the astronomers.
Take advantage of your visit to the summit to participate in free activities, including Reading the Scenery.
From May 17 to June 20, 2008 : Saturday and Sunday between noon to 4:30 p.m.
From June 21 to August 24 : Between noon to 6 p.m.
From August 25 to October 12 : Saturday and Sunday between noon to 4:30 p.m.
